(1) Make sure your phone supports wireless charging.

(2) Check if the case is too thick and remove any metal or uneven objects.

(3) Adjust the phone to the correct charging position.

(4) Unplug and reinsert the charging adapter after a few seconds.

When using a regular case, please note that if the case is too thick, it may affect the magnetic attraction and charging efficiency. If you use a MagSafe case, your phone will easily attach to the StandMe Auto wireless charger, ensuring precise alignment and no risk of your phone slipping off during rotation, ensuring stable and safe charging.
