1. Can I place an order without creating an account?
There’s no need to create an account to utilize any of our site features.
After you place an order you will have the option to create an account and save your information for future orders, but everything else on our site is available without an account.
2. Can I change or cancel my order ?
Check the status of your order here.
If the current status is “processed” we can no longer modify your order. We can’t change an order to ship from one country to another because of differences in shipping and import taxes.
The best option is to cancel your existing order and place a new order.
We can make changes to your order for up to one day after your order has been placed if all items are in stock. After that Carrier begins packaging your order and it is too late to make changes.
Please email us at email@example.com with Urgent in the subject line so we can help as quickly as possible. If we’re unable to cancel your order in time and it has shipped to you, we can always offer free returns.
3. How can I track my order?
Head over to the Order Page to keep an eye on your parcel and track your items.
Once your package ships, a tracking link will appear on this page and in your Email inbox within 1-2 business days.
Keep in mind, we cannot directly control the delivery times once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
4. How do I return or exchange my order?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied, iWALK gladly accepts returns on most gear that is in its original packaging and condition within 30-days for a full refund of the purchased price.
