The headphones transmit audio via a wireless signal, and magnetic interference may cause audio delays. If the delay persists after moving away from the interference source, please reset the headphones to factory settings. To reset the CrazyDuo Open2 headphones: tap six times quickly, and the red light will flash three times to indicate a successful reset.
