2. 📤 Upload Your Design

We support the following file types: PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, PDF

To get the best result:

  • PNG with transparent background is highly recommended
  • Vector files (SVG / PDF) deliver the sharpest output
  • Make sure your image is clear and high-resolution
  • Avoid blurry or pixelated files

💡 Tip: Simple artwork always engraves more cleanly than complex designs.

3. ✏️ Position & Resize Your Design

You can freely adjust your design within the customization area.

  • Drag to move your design
  • Resize to scale it up or down
  • Reposition until it feels just right

💡 Tip: Centered designs usually create the most balanced and polished look.

4. 💻 Device Experience

Customization works on both mobile and desktop. However:

Desktop / Laptop (Recommended)

  • Easier to adjust placement precisely
  • More comfortable for detailed edits
  • Better overall control and visibility

Mobile Devices

  • Fully supported
  • Great for quick edits
  • May be less precise for fine adjustments

💡 For the smoothest experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.

  • Minimal illustrations

You can upload photos or complex designs, but results may vary.

Final output depends on:

The preview shown during customization is a digital simulation.

Final engraving or print may vary slightly due to:

Estimated delivery time: 25–35 business days.

9. 🚫 Order Changes

Because each product is made just for you:

  • Orders cannot be modified after production begins
  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing starts
  • Please double-check your design before placing your order
