You can upload logos, text, names, graphics, or your own artwork. For best results, we recommend high-resolution images with transparent backgrounds (PNG preferred).

Yes. Your customized iWALK is backed by our 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and product issues under normal use. However, please note that customer-approved personalization details, such as spelling, uploaded artwork, logos, and design choices, cannot be covered once production begins.

Because customized products are made specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has been confirmed and production begins.
