iWALK Customized Product Terms of Sale- Updated

These Customized Product Terms of Sale (“Custom Terms”) apply to any customized or personalized products purchased from iWALK through iwalkmall.com (“Site”). By placing an order for a customized or personalized product (“Custom Product”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Customized Products

Selected iWALK products may be customized with:

  • Logos
  • Names
  • Company names
  • Text
  • Graphics, artwork, or uploaded images that comply with our supported file type, size, and customization requirements
  • Slogans
  • Selected design elements provided through our customization platform

Additional custom packaging, gift box customization, and large-volume customization services may also be available upon request by contacting: service@iwalk.net

Not all iWALK products are eligible for customization, and product availability may change without notice.

2. Minimum Order Quantity

Most customized products are available starting from a minimum order quantity of one (1) unit.

Customers interested in bulk purchases, corporate gifting, promotional orders, or volume discounts may contact service@iwalk.net for additional support.

3. Buyer Content & Responsibility

By uploading or submitting any logo, text, image, graphic, artwork, or other content (“Buyer Content”), you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it;
  • The content does not infringe any trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights;
  • The content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for all Buyer Content submitted to iWALK.

4. Prohibited Content

iWALK reserves the right to reject, cancel, suspend, or refuse any customization request or order that includes content which:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights;
  • Contains hateful, discriminatory, threatening, violent, or illegal material;
  • Contains sexually explicit, obscene, or offensive content;
  • Promotes illegal activity;
  • Contains misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive material;
  • May damage the reputation, image, or integrity of the iWALK brand.

iWALK reserves the sole right to determine whether submitted content is acceptable.

5. Design Review & Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all customization details before placing an order, including:

  • Spelling and text accuracy;
  • Artwork placement;
  • Uploaded image quality;
  • Overall preview appearance.

Digital previews are for reference only and may not represent the exact final appearance of the physical product.

Final printing, engraving, or customization results may vary slightly depending on product materials, colors, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and production methods.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the final customization design.

6. Production Time & Order Processing

Customized products are made specifically for each order.

Production will begin after the order is confirmed and all required customization information has been received.

Estimated production and delivery time is approximately 25–35 business days depending on product type, customization requirements, order quantity, and shipping destination.

Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, supply availability, or high order volumes.

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

7. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of Custom Products:

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable;
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer preference, incorrect submissions, spelling errors approved by the buyer, uploaded file issues, or other non-quality-related reasons.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information and uploaded files are correct before placing an order.

8. Limited Warranty

Customized products continue to be covered by iWALK’s limited product warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

This limited warranty applies to the functionality and manufacturing quality of the product itself, but does not cover:

  • Customer-submitted customization errors;
  • Spelling mistakes or incorrect uploaded files approved by the customer;
  • Cosmetic variations resulting from uploaded artwork quality;
  • Minor color or placement variations;
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized modification, improper charging, or normal wear and tear;
  • Normal battery capacity reduction over time.

For eligible warranty claims, iWALK may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model;
  • Reproduce the customized product where reasonably possible; or
  • Provide another reasonable solution.

Unless otherwise required by local law, the warranty period for customized products is one (1) year from the date of delivery.

9. Color & Appearance Variations

Actual printed, engraved, or customized results may vary slightly from digital previews due to monitor settings, uploaded artwork quality, product materials, lighting, and manufacturing processes.

iWALK does not guarantee exact color matching between on-screen previews and final physical products.

Uploaded artwork may be automatically resized, repositioned, adjusted, cropped, or simplified as necessary to fit the available customization area.

10. Intellectual Property

All iWALK trademarks, logos, product images, website content, and branding remain the property of iWALK or its licensors.

Purchasing a Custom Product does not grant any ownership rights or licenses to any iWALK intellectual property.

11. Marketing & Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing, iWALK may use images of completed customized products for marketing, advertising, portfolio, website, or social media purposes.

iWALK will make reasonable efforts not to disclose confidential business information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iWALK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from customized products or customization services.

iWALK’s total liability relating to any customized order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected order.

13. Right to Refuse Orders

iWALK reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any customization request or order at its sole discretion, including orders that may create legal, operational, intellectual property, reputational, or compliance risks.

14. Relationship to Other Policies

Except as otherwise stated in these Custom Terms, iWALK’s standard store policies, including our Refund Policy and other applicable policies published on iwalkmall.com, continue to apply to the product itself.

In the event of any conflict between these Custom Terms and other store policies, these Custom Terms shall govern with respect to customized products.
