Currently, selected products in this Custom Collection can be personalized starting from just 1 piece. For other products or bulk customization requests, please contact service@iwalk.net.

How long does production and shipping take?

Customized orders usually take around 25–35 business days to arrive after placing your order.

Can I get a discount on bulk orders?

Yes. We offer special pricing for bulk orders, corporate gifts, promotional events, and large customization projects. Please contact service@iwalk.net for a personalized quote.

What kind of designs can I upload?

You can upload logos, text, names, graphics, or your own artwork. For best results, we recommend high-resolution images with transparent backgrounds (PNG preferred).

Are customized products covered by warranty?

Yes. Your customized iWALK is backed by our 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and product issues under normal use. However, please note that customer-approved personalization details, such as spelling, uploaded artwork, logos, and design choices, cannot be covered once production begins.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Because customized products are made specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has been confirmed and production begins.

1.How long does it take to charge the power bank?

With a fast-charging USB-C power adapter above 18W, it takes about 1.7 hours to fully charge the power bank; for other power adapters, it will take longer.

2.How to check the remaining battery on the power bank?

You can tell how much power is left by the power level indicator:
3 LEDs are always on to indicate the charge level is at 68-100%.
2 LEDs always on charge level, indicates 31-67% charge level
1 LED always on power level, indicates the power level at 5-30%
1 IED light blinking, power ≤5%

3.Power bank charging habits and best practices

To preserve battery lifespan, use and recharge at least once every 4 mouths.
Use original or certified cables.
Do not expose to liquids.
Avoid use at too low or too high a temperature

4.How to turn off iwalk portable charger?

Press and hold the power on/off button or automatic power off after 30 seconds of non-use.

5.What's the pass-through charging function?

Simultaneous charging of the phone and power bank at the same time and pass-through charging will fully charge the mobile phone first, then charge the product.

6.Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?

The capacity reduction during charging is due to a 30% to 45% energy loss in the battery cells and conversion circuitry. Therefore, a fully charged LinkPod Switch (5K) offers an estimated 3300mAh to power devices.
