FAQ

What can I do with the double-sided magnetic design?

Charge your iPhone wirelessly while keeping a compatible magnetic wallet, ring stand, or car mount attached to the back. No need to remove your accessory to
keep charging.

Which accessories can I use on the back?

The back is designed for compatible magnetic wallets, ring stands, and car mounts. Accessory fit and magnetic alignment may vary. The back provides magnetic
attachment, not wireless charging.

Is it compatible with my iPhone? How fast does it charge?

It supports magnetic wireless charging for compatible iPhone models, with up to 7.5W wireless charging or up to 20W PD wired chargingvia USB-C. For the best
magnetic connection, use a MagSafe-compatible case or no case.

Is this power bank airline approved?

Yes. This 5000mAh portable charger fully meets airline safety regulations, so you can take it on flights for travel and business trips.

Will it stay attached with an accessory on the back?

The double-sided magnets are designed to hold your phone and a compatible magnetic accessory securely during everyday use. Attachment strength depends
on your case, accessory, and alignment. Thick or non-magnetic cases may weaken the hold.

Does it get hot while charging?

Some warmth is normal during wireless charging. Built-in NTC temperature monitoring helps manage heat during charging. For best performance, keep the
power bank uncovered and away from direct sunlight or hot car interiors.
